Description
Fresh Katla fish, approx. 3Kg before cleaning. Delivered with head, tail, and eggs if available. The fish will be cleaned, dressed, and cut into 20–24 pieces. Net weight after cleaning is approximately 20–25% less. Gada and peti are separated into pieces, and the head is divided for easy frying.
