As we deal in fresh fish (not frozen), orders placed will be delivered the next day between 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
Shipping is currently available in Mumbai up to Borivali (toll post) on the western line, Thane (toll post) on the central line and Mankhurd on the harbour line. Any delivery after these limited will be be charged extra delivery charges according to the location.
Shipping will be done through internal delivery boys or 3rd party delivery companies. However, the coordination about the status of delivery will be done on whatsapp/call or messaging with the customer
Shipping will be done in food-grade, leak-proof, airtight containers which will be tied with a tie at the outer packaging. Any tampering found in the packaging should be reported to the customer care immediately.
What is your delivery protocol?
We deliver all the products a day after the order is placed mostly during the morning. The delivery person is completely sanitized. The seafood is cleaned/cut as per customer’s instructions and the packaging is done in safe and hygienic, air tight, food grade, leak proof containers. Safe distancing is maintained during the delivery. The whole process of offloading from the trawlers, cleaning/ cutting the fish and packing it in the airtight containers is a matter of a few minutes, guaranteeing maximum freshness
Do you deliver after cleaning/peeling and gutting/ deveining?
Yes, we always deliver all the products after cleaning, gutting and carefully cutting them. Incase of shrimps/ prawns, we peel them according to the customer’s instructions and also devein them. The cleaning, cutting, gutting, peeling and deveining above quantity of 1 kg is done free of cost
What is the order amount that qualifies for free home delivery?
For free home delivery, the minimum order should be worth INR 700
Do you deliver outside Mumbai?
Currently we are not delivering outside Mumbai. However, sometimes we do run campaigns for a particular location about which we inform our customers in that location in advance of our visit.
Why don’t you deliver within 90 minutes like other seafood suppliers do?
We do not deal in frozen fish/ seafood. We depend on the fresh catch that comes in boats/trawlers early in the morning. Hence, we do not offer same day delivery. If ordered today, we will deliver tomorrow morning
Refund will be applicable only in case the customer returns the goods in the exact condition that they were delivered. Any goods which are marinated or partly consumed will not be eligible for a refund
We process the refund within 48 hours of return and it is credited to the customers account within 3 to 4 working days
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
It is requested to check the items at the time of delivery and in case you find issues with the quality or packaging, you may return it immediately to the delivery person. We will replace it for you at the next earliest availability.In case you do not check the items at the time of delivery and decide to return later, it is requested to store the item in a deep freezer until a representative shows up to pick it.Yes, we do ask questions so that we are able to improve ourselves and do better next time.We will accept the return of uncooked items. We will not accept marinated or cooked items.We will accept the return of items in the same condition as delivered
